Low-cost for children, birth through 18; $4 - $17 per month per child; $51 per family per month maximum. Children may be eligible if they:
- Live in California,
- Do not qualify for no-cost Medi-Cal,
- Are U.S. citizen or legal resident,
- Have family income within Healthy Families guidelines.
For Example:
Family Size = 2
- Parent and Child
- Income up to $2,917/month
Family Size = 5
- Income up to $5,167/month
