Joelle Gallagher is the Executive Director of Cope Family Center in downtown Napa. In this role, she is responsible for the daily operations of the 36-year-old social benefit organization. She and her team of 19 staff members work closely with the Cope Board of Directors to fulfill the organization’s mission to serve Napa County families.
Joelle serves as a board member of the Napa Valley Coalition of Nonprofit Agencies, the Children’s Health Initiative of Napa County, and the Napa Chamber Foundation. She is also a Steering Committee member of the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Napa County and is a member of the Child Welfare Advisory Panel, which works with Child Welfare Services to enhance the community response to parents and children in need.
