Mike has worked in the Human Resources field for twenty years, managing all aspects of Human Resources, including Employment and Labor Relations, Compensation, HR Strategy Development, Workers’ Compensation and Employment Litigation.
As Director, Northern California HR Operations, Mike is responsible for implementing an effective people strategy; managing HR Technology and Compliance; effectively providing HR support for new facility openings; and developing progressive Workforce Planning efforts for Northern California.
It the past, Mike has practiced Labor and Employment law, representing business in Employment litigation and state and federal Labor Law issues. He has also worked in the manufacturing sector in Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law, Chicago.
