You will receive:
· FREE information and forms for citizenship
· FREE assistance in filling out citizenship form
Things you must bring:
· A copy of both side of your Green Card
· If you’ve been arrested, your records form the court
· Information about your children, spouse, former jobs, former spouses and former addresses for the past 5 years
· Trips ourside the U.S. since you have had your green card
· $10 for passport-style photos
· A check or money order for $400 made out to “USCIS”
